Clear Aligners
Achieve a straighter smile discreetly with ClearCorrect® and Invisalign®. At Paladin Dental, we offer advanced clear aligner solutions to effectively straighten your teeth without the visibility of traditional braces.
Your Clear Aligner Dentist in Fresno, CA
Our clear aligner treatments, including ClearCorrect® and Invisalign®, use a series of custom-made, transparent aligners that gently shift your teeth into the desired position. These aligners are virtually invisible, providing an aesthetic and comfortable alternative to metal braces. Each set is worn for about two weeks before moving to the next in the series, gradually achieving your perfect smile.

How does the clear aligners process work?
The process begins with a consultation at Paladin Dental, where we assess your alignment needs and discuss your goals. If clear aligners are right for you, we take digital impressions of your teeth, which are used to create your custom aligners. Each aligner is worn for 1-2 weeks before switching to the next in the series, slowly moving your teeth into the ideal position. You’ll visit our office periodically to monitor your progress and receive new aligners.

Clear aligners vs. braces - what's the difference?
Clear aligners and traditional braces both aim to straighten teeth, but there are several key differences:
- Visibility: Clear aligners are virtually invisible, made from smooth, clear plastic, while braces typically consist of metal brackets and wires.
- Comfort: Aligners are generally more comfortable than braces because they lack sharp edges and do not require tightening.
- Convenience: Aligners are removable, allowing for easier eating, brushing, and flossing. Braces remain fixed in the mouth until the treatment is complete.
- Treatment Time: For some patients, clear aligners can offer a quicker treatment time, especially in cases of mild to moderate misalignment.

Who can use clear aligners?
Clear aligners are suitable for teenagers and adults looking for a less noticeable method of straightening their teeth. They are ideal for treating mild to moderate dental misalignments, such as crowding, spacing, and certain bite issues. However, severe cases or complex dental problems may require more traditional orthodontic approaches. During your initial consultation, we’ll determine if ClearCorrect® or Invisalign® is the best solution for your orthodontic needs.
