A fifteen (15%) discount is applied to all other dental treatments.
Periodontal Membership (three (3) professional hygiene visits per year) includes most other plan benefits with an extra cleaning. Scaling and Root Planning or Deep Cleanings are not included.
Memberships include:
- *Unlimited radiographs
- *Two (2) exams at the time of professional hygiene visit
- *Two (2) cleanings for Standard Child Memerbships and Standard Adult Memberships
- *Three (3) professional periodontal hygiene cleanings per year
- *Fluoride one (1) time per year or Standard Child Membership or Standard Adult Membership
- *Oral hygiene instructions
- *One (1) emergency exam per year

A: The membership plan is NOT insurance. It is a plan that offers a discount on dental services. It can be used in place of dental insurance, but cannot be used with dental insurance.
